Uploads are processed in memory on the server for conversion only. We do not store your Stripe CSV, bank file, or exports in a database. Exact IBAN stays in sessionStorage in your browser.

Outputs are not verified in your accounting system unless you import them yourself. This tool does not provide accounting advice.

Before sending a report

Use the form on this page for conversion questions, privacy or security notes, bug reports, and general feedback. Do not paste raw Stripe or bank CSV contents into the message.

Useful diagnostic details

Helpful reports include the target output, date format option, whether a bank CSV was uploaded, and the exact validation issue shown by the app. An anonymized fixture is safer than a real financial export.

Where messages go

Contact form submissions are saved on the server as newline-delimited JSON. By default the file is .data/contact-submissions.jsonl, or CONTACT_SUBMISSIONS_PATH when that environment variable is set.

Security-sensitive issues

For security or privacy reports, use a trusted direct channel controlled by the site operator. Do not include secrets, bank credentials, or full raw exports unless a secure handling process has been established.
