Stripe Accounting Import

QuickBooks / Xero / Exact

Data handling

Uploads are processed in memory on the server for conversion only. We do not store your Stripe CSV, bank file, or exports in a database. Exact IBAN stays in sessionStorage in your browser.

Outputs are not verified in your accounting system unless you import them yourself. This tool does not provide accounting advice.

Exact Online statement import

Stripe to Exact MT940 and CAMT.053 converter

Create Exact Online bank statement import files from supported Stripe payout exports as MT940 .sta or CAMT.053 XML.

Create an Exact import file

Supported Exact formats

The Exact target can generate SWIFT MT940 .sta files or ISO 20022 CAMT.053 XML files. Both formats are built from grouped Stripe payouts and include internal conformance checks before the file is offered for download.

Required Exact details

Exact exports require the bank journal IBAN shown in the converter. The opening balance field is used for statement balance output and must be entered as a decimal amount such as 0.00.

What gets validated

The app validates the Stripe input, groups rows by automatic payout, checks payout balances, applies Exact-specific export limits, and runs MT940 or CAMT.053 conformance checks on the generated statement text.

Limitations

Exact import acceptance still depends on your Exact Online administration and bank journal setup. Test with a reviewed file before relying on the output for recurring bookkeeping work.
