Uploads are processed in memory on the server for conversion only. We do not store your Stripe CSV, bank file, or exports in a database. Exact IBAN stays in sessionStorage in your browser.

Use the converter

Supported use

The tool is intended to convert supported Stripe Balance change from activity - itemized CSV exports into supported accounting import file formats. Unsupported exports may be rejected during validation.

Review requirement

Generated files are not verified inside QuickBooks, Xero, or Exact unless you import and review them yourself. You are responsible for checking dates, amounts, payout totals, and accounting treatment before posting or reconciling.

No accounting advice

The converter prepares files and validation reports. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice, and it does not replace professional review of bookkeeping decisions.

No connector guarantee

This is a file-based converter, not a live Stripe, QuickBooks, Xero, or Exact connector. Target product import behavior may change, and import success can depend on account configuration.
