Stripe Accounting Import

QuickBooks / Xero / Exact

Data handling

Uploads are processed in memory on the server for conversion only. We do not store your Stripe CSV, bank file, or exports in a database. Exact IBAN stays in sessionStorage in your browser.

Outputs are not verified in your accounting system unless you import them yourself. This tool does not provide accounting advice.

Payout review and bank matching

Stripe payout reconciliation CSV tool

Use Stripe payout grouping, payout audit reports, and optional bank CSV matching to review deposits before importing accounting files.

Review Stripe payouts

Payout audit report

Every successful conversion includes a payout audit CSV. The report lists payout IDs, gross activity, fees, net amounts, and event counts so the generated bank import can be checked against Stripe payout totals.

Optional bank CSV matching

You can upload a generic bank statement CSV with date, amount, and description columns. When it parses successfully, the app produces a bank match report using the selected date tolerance, defaulting to seven days.

Summary versus detail

Summary mode is deposit-focused: one line per automatic payout. Detail mode exposes supporting activity rows for fees, refunds, disputes, and related payout activity where present, while checking that the rows still balance.

Limitations

Bank matching is a review aid, not a final reconciliation decision. You still need to review unmatched or ambiguous deposits in the accounting system and compare against bank records.
