Data handling

Uploads are processed in memory on the server for conversion only. We do not store your Stripe CSV, bank file, or exports in a database. Exact IBAN stays in sessionStorage in your browser.

Outputs are not verified in your accounting system unless you import them yourself. This tool does not provide accounting advice.

QuickBooks Online bank CSV

Stripe to QuickBooks CSV converter

Convert a supported Stripe itemized balance-change CSV into a QuickBooks Online bank upload CSV with validation and a payout audit report.

Convert Stripe to QuickBooks CSV

What the QuickBooks export creates

The QuickBooks target creates a three-column bank CSV with Date, Description, and Amount columns. It is designed for the QuickBooks Online banking upload workflow, not for direct journal entry posting or account mapping inside QuickBooks.

  • Summary mode creates one row per Stripe automatic payout.
  • Detail mode creates supporting rows for payout activity where present.
  • The app also creates a separate payout audit CSV for review.

Required Stripe input

Use Stripe's Balance change from activity - itemized CSV export. The converter validates the expected itemized balance-change headers, requires one currency per file, and rejects unsupported export shapes instead of guessing a mapping.

Validation before download

The pipeline parses dates and amounts, groups activity by automatic payout ID, checks payout-level totals, and fails with visible issues when required fields or balancing rules do not pass.

Limitations

QuickBooks import behavior can vary by account setup and selected upload path. Review the generated file and the payout audit report before importing. The converter does not provide accounting advice or categorize transactions inside QuickBooks.
